Color Restriction: The following types of clothing/colors may be prohibited; black, burgundy, dark green, navy, blue, red, and dark colors. No camouflage or style/colors which resemble custody staff uniform. See staff member for specific regulations which may be applicable to your facility.
Offender shall not be allowed to trade, sell, buy, barter or give away any personal property to another offender, another offender’s family and/or friends or a staff member.
Each inmate requesting to make an outside purchase must have adequate funds available in his personal account at time of request. Credit and layaway purchases are not permitted.
Any returns shall be at the inmate’s expense. If we made an error with your shipment return postage will be prepaid by MBS or refunded to customer. Final approval is made upon inspection when item is received.
