Given’s Hall inmates are allowed to order personal athletic shoes and hiking boots only from the approved source indicated with this information.

Only styles and models shown will be allowed to be purchased. (wide shoes are available)

Athletic shoes purchased from MIKE’S BETTER SHOES will be allowed to be kept by the inmate if for some reason he is moved from Givens and placed on main-site. (In the past you were not able to keep mailed-in shoes if you were moved)

You will be allowed to purchase athletic shoes and hiking boots from MIKE’S BETTER SHOES by:

1. Sending a withdrawal slip and completed order form via U.S. mail to MIKE’S as you would any other outside purchase.
2. Having family or friends go to MIKE’S easy to use website and make your purchase online.
3. Having family or friends call the toll free number and order by phone.

Note: You must first fill-out a Given’s Hall Personal Property Clothing Request before you make any non-commissary clothing purchase. If you have any questions, send a concern form to the Property Sgt.
